All sales are FINAL. We take great pride in designing and building high quality goods. Every item is built to by hand, and therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Custom Orders
A deposit is required to start work on any custom order. Your order is not added to our order que until a deposit is received. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Designs and sizing will be confirmed prior to beginning work on the order. We send customers photos of their projects throughout the building process to ensure full satisfaction. Once items are finalized, no returns or changes can be made. Payment is due in full before order ships.
